


Grooming Policy
Rotational Scheduling
To make grooming a normal and enjoyable part of your pup’s life, and to ensure you have a lively well cared for pup, without disrupting your busy schedule, we require all new pet parents to be on a rotating schedule for every 8 weeks or closer together!!
Additionally your rotational schedule will vary based on your pups breed, coat type, age and personal needs, so if your groomer suggests a closer grooming schedule, it’s simply to ensure your pup is happy, healthy, and never gets overdue!
Cancellations
Due to the high demand for our services, we need to ensure every pup gets the proper care, and attention they deserve which is why we have a very strict cancellation and late policy.

You can always request a list of all upcoming appointments at any time! And to ensure convenience, and availability, after each appointment you will be given a reminder card, or verbal acknowledgement, for your pup's next appointment!

One week prior to your pups appointment, you will be given a reminder! And again due to high demand of our services a cancellation at this time will unfortunately incur a $30 fee.

A cancellation 48 hours prior to your appointment, will incur a $50 fee.

A cancellation within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the grooming appointment.

And any same day cancellations will be considered a no show and you may be charged the full price of your pups grooming appointment
However we get it… Life happens, so if you don't show up once it’s completely understandable!
Although if this continues a second time, we will kindly ask you to prepay prior to your pups next grooming appointment… And if this happens a third time, we will unfortunately not accept new bookings.
Late Fees
To ensure every pup gets the proper care, and attention, without rushing through the groom, all appointments are allowed a 15-minute grace window.
After 15 minutes a late fee of $1 per minute will be added to your appointment cost.
Arriving more than 30 minutes late will not give us enough time to give your pup the proper care and attention they deserves. We may require the appointment to be rescheduled, and it will be considered a no-show.
