To make grooming as enjoyable as possible, pets are typically at our salon for 3-4 hours giving them just enough time to socialize, play around with the other dogs, relax and get the exact haircut & spa day they deserve.

To ensure your dogs, and everyone else's safety, we require all pets to be up to date on their rabies vaccine.

However, for your convenience we do not require this information to book an appointment.

Absolutely! We put all pets on a rotational schedule, based on your availability, and their unique needs!

This way your pup can build a connection with their favorite groomer, and you can have confidence knowing your pup is always lookin & feeling their best!

Luckily, this issue is sometimes naturally solved by our cage free, stress free, and loving environment.

However in some cases, we’ll adjust the entire grooming process for their needs, usually by giving them more playtime, or playing with and comforting them between steps, while being extremely patient.

And in the most severe cases, we offer our rehabilitation program to show them grooming doesn’t have to be scary or stressful!

During the process, we go at their pace, ensuring they’re stress free, and comfortable, and between each step, we allow seniors to rest, and sleep on a warm blanket, under warm lighting. Too much? Maybe… But this is why our seniors love coming to us!
