Don't just take our word for it!

We'll let pet parents like you do the barking!

When I reached out to Serenity Pet Spa, they told me about their rehabilitation appointments. Once a week for an hour she would go in to just hang out, get exposed to the environment and start acclimating to the process of being groomed. She has been groomed at Serenity Pet Spa for the last 2 years without needing to be medicated every time she goes in.

I am beyond grateful to the staff, the groomers and Serenity Pet Spa for having the rehabilitation program and not giving up on my little girl.

We started with their puppy training program and have since graduated to the regular grooming program. Karly has been so kind and helpful to us with Yeti (our goldendoodle). Yeti loves coming to the groomer, and we go often as we prefer a freshly bathed and trimmed dog. Karly and all the other stuff are so helpful when picking a cut and if we have questions, they have answers. We have had many compliments on our dogs cut and we owe all of that to the staff at Serenity Pet Spa.

Our pup Tsuga used to be afraid of getting groomed to the point where we couldn’t even do it ourselves. Because we had such a good experience at Serenity with Carly when we rescued our giant schnauzer (she was very kind and patient and worked with her for several weeks until she was confident enough to get groomed), we asked if she would work with Tsuga.

He’s like a brand new dog, and this has translated to a much easier time at the vet as well! Carly is amazing, and I recommend serenity to whoever needs a groomer.

How we ensure every single pup
LOVES being groomed.

Even if they used to be terrified at other grooming salons

If you’re reading this, I’m sure you’ve experienced it at other salons…

The hassle of trying to get your dog into the car, feeling guilty as you tug and pull them into the salon, and finally going home with a sad, scared, and visibly uncomfortable dog…

Sound familiar?
Well, I’m here to tell you, if you’ve gone through this, It’s not because your pup “Just doesn’t like the groomers”, and it’s definitely not as simple as them being "Sensitive".

The truth is… HUNDREDS of pet parents like you have come to us with the same story-
and just about every time, we’ve been able to find out what makes their pups afraid of grooming, and nearly every time we’ve been able to remove this fear, or get them to a point to where they get excited about seeing their favorite groomer, drag their owners into the salon, and sometimes even love being groomed more than our regulars!!

How the heck can we do this?
Well, sometimes it just comes natural with the cage free, and loving environment…

However, for the more severe cases, when their fear has a deep root cause, they’ll go through our rehabilitation program where they will be brought to the salon several times a week, WITHOUT being groomed.
Allowing them to get used to the cage free environment, play around with the other pups, and get tons of love, care and attention from our groomers!

From there our canine behavior specialists will identify why they were previously afraid of the groomers, by slowly bringing them through the process, and using modern tools and techniques, help them realize that "Grooming doesn't have to be scary or stressful”

So if your pup is terrified of going to other groomers, book a free consultation today to see whether our stress free environment makes all of the difference,
Or if our rehabilitation program is what your pup needs to finally love going to the groomers, so YOU can finally have peace of mind bringing them to the groomers!
